Dominika Egorova, seorang ballerina, dihadapkan pada masa depan yang suram ketika ia cedera sehingga karirnya hancur. Dominika lulus sebagai agen Sparrow yang paling berbahaya. Ia bertemu agen CIA yang mencoba meyakinkannya bahwa ia adalah satu-satunya orang yang bisa dipercaya.
A decent spy thriller with great story BUT… the story is a little bit difficult to follow. It also has A LOT of shocking moments that will make your jaw drop. This movie is not playing around when shit hits the fan. It’s brutal and violent. Jennifer Lawrence gives an outstanding performance as Dominika Egorova a young ballerina turn into goverment spy. Her character is compelling but has some development issues… you will see it in the beginning of the movie, it escalates quickly. One thing that bothers me throughout the movie… EVERY RUSSIAN IN THIS MOVIE SPEAKS ENGLISH. Especially Jeremy Irons (playing a RUSSIAN GENERAL), he doesn’t bother at all. 6.5/10
